ADOS (hereafter, "the Company") processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information will not be used for purposes other than those specified below, and if there is any change in usage, prior consent will be obtained.

To verify intent to join, provide member identification/authentication, maintain member qualifications, enforce limited identification for users under 14, prevent misuse, verify legal guardian consent for minors, send notices, handle grievances, and retain records for dispute resolution.

To verify the identity of complainants, confirm complaint details, investigate facts, and communicate results.
c. Provision of Goods or Services
To provide services, personalized content, verify identity and age.
d. Marketing and Advertising Use
To develop new services (or products), provide event and promotional information and participation opportunities, deliver services and advertisements based on demographics, verify service effectiveness, analyze access frequency, and generate service usage statistics.
e. Video Surveillance Information
To prevent and investigate crimes, ensure facility safety and fire prevention, enforce traffic control, and collect, analyze, and provide traffic information.

Access logs are kept for a minimum of 1 year; logs for users exceeding 50,000 are retained for at least 2 years.
7. Access Restriction
Access rights to databases containing personal information are granted, changed, and revoked as needed to ensure security.
